We thoroughly enjoyed inclusive and marvellous breakfasts!

the stay here was nice at the beach or in town. there were cheap, huge rooms with a single bed, air con, for example. an electric kettle and refrigerators were nice.

I had a wonderful time staying by the beach or in town where the helpful and friendly staff made my deluxe queen room with a mini-bar, work desk, and TV very enjoyable.

huge room with a large bed and a free internet. amazing and favourable location in phu quoc, short walk to a garden and countless restaurants and the long sandy beach. also, on the sand 10 mtrs from the water.

The location in a beach area was nice and there where a night market and a market nearby. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away. The stuff was really helpful and attentive and gave me recommendations. I enjoyed the superior queen room with the balcony and fresh towels.

The staff was very kind in any situation. the service was terrific with an easy check-in. the hotel was lovely and in a super central location. the restaurant was good, offering excellent food.

I felt the hotel advertisement on Booked.net was misleading in its description of what was offered at this hotel. There was no breakfast served no garden no a la carte restaurant or bar etc. the staff were in helpful and under took building work directly outside our suposed 'beach front' hotel, which included a genterator, nail gun and 10+ workers shouting. The Island and beach area including the sea was dirty filled with rubbish and building debris. Also vendors bothered you constantly all day on the beach disrupting you all day. The hotel room itself was basic not what you would expect for $100 per night there was loose wiring hanging out of the walls which were open to the Mosquitos. The walls were dirty the bathroom units were rusty. There was hot water 25% of the time in the ant riddled bathroom. Over all the experience was very disappointing. I feel Booked.net should look into the standard of this hotel on its website as the facilities offered are misleading.

Price was much too high for the value (but it was peak season and the hotels nearby charged basically the same rates)

The room I booked was immaculately clean and cheap, and it came with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and a work desk. the breakfasts were great with fantastic pancakes, a lovely view, and good coffee. All of the staff was super friendly, very pleasant, and attentive to guests.

Location: the hotel was right by the beautiful beach and the restaurants of the hotels. We had an inclusive and amazing breakfast with selection of pancakes and eggs. The staff were all attentive.

The hotel offers a relaxing base for a new year in Phu Quoc. the rooms are reasonably spacious with a patio, single bed, and A/C. - the staff are welcoming and friendly. - the food is delicious and excellent. - It offers great services. - the location is brilliant, close to the center.

This place offers very good features like on-site parking, spacious rooms, comfy beds, a room with 3 beds, a fantastic location, and efficient staff.

Stayed in a room with three beds and had the option for wake-up service; the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The staff was super friendly and we would love to come back. the food was great and there were plenty of dishes on the menu. the location was perfect for Phu Quoc, just a short walk to the ocean, with a good stretch of beach and many great bars and restaurants nearby.
